Charter:
GDVA stands for Generations of Dragons, Vampires, and Angels. GDVA was founded by KG_Apollo_GDVA, Qn_Athena_GDVA, Prnc_Thor_GDVA, & Prncs_Dana_GDVA, under the watchful guidance of QnTazy_MYST_GDN on 3/5/2011
We are a family which TRULY caters to all species and their ways.
As long as your ways do not affect another species, or another member of your species, you are welcome with us.
Although our name consists of Dragons, Vampire and Angels, we in no way limit ourselves to only the named species.

Our Main Goal:
Our main goal is to have a guild for whom ever chooses to come our way, Our minimum number for a guild is six.
Each guild will either appoint ambassadors, or be appointed ambassadors. An assembly of ambassadors will form our High Senate; where member suggestions and concerns will be discussed and solved to the best of our ability.

We are not a dictatorship. Everyone here has a voice and a vote.
• Bylaws will be made as necessary, and will be held and maintained by the guild's (group's) ambassadors.
• Guild(group) ambassadors should consist of a member of the royal court, and a member of the royal guard.
• As God and Goddess, we reserve the right to approve and deny any and all laws and bylaws. No laws shall be finalized without Celestial approval.
We also as God and Goddess, Reserve the right to final say in any and all matters.
Crime and punishment:
Any offender will be given 3 warnings before being brought before the Courts for judgment.
• Any accusations of offense should be accompanied by screenshots backing the accusations;
Screenshots must be first-hand, not screenshots of a conversation depicting or questioning an accusation.

Membership Fees/Dues:
Membership dues are 10 rays per month, and are used for member VIPs, and special event fees such as location rentals for special events, the hiring of DJs if need be, and things of that nature. Membership fees are in no ways used to finance the palace’s personal needs.
• Membership fees are due by the 20 of each month and are suggested to be paid in advance. A record of all members’ paid dues will be kept by a royal secretary. Fees are due on the 20th of the month following the month a member is inducted into the GDVA.
• Once a member has paid a total of 350 rays, that member is eligible for VIP insurance. If a member uses their VIP insurance, they must incur another 350 rays before they are eligible to partake of the insurance again.
Positions:
All positions and promotions will be gained through merit, not favoritism.
If you gain a position, you have earned it through your works, not because someone liked you.
We will be looking for members for the following positions;
Court Dukes and Duchesses (for all courts).
Members of the Royal Guard.
Members of the Royal Court.
Note:
Positions may and will become available at various times. Duties of positions and offices held are subject to change at the palace’s and/or High Senate’s discretion.
