I think I've mentioned, I'm a girl. I am *such* a girl. I love romance, I love chick flicks. I love my happy endings. I cry at predictable movies. I cry during Kodak commercials!

The Notebook, Moulin Rouge (Oh, god... the ending... *weeps*), Message in a Bottle, Bridges of Madison County, Seven Pounds, Pride & Prejudice (More on this in the books section), Gone with the Wind... Just to name a few.
Books:
As a romantic, I do love romance novels and I'm not ashamed to say it! Scottish Rogues, Dashing Pirates, Fists in hair, bruisingly passionate kisses... Yes, I love them. Sue me.
With that said, I *love* Jane Austen. I think I might have *been* Jane Austen in a previous life. I have read Pride & Prejudice no less than twice a year since I was 16. I own multiple copies of that book, don't ask me why... I collect it. I have also read nearly every single mediocre follow-up book written by imitators who want to sex up the Austen legacy. I may write one myself someday, sans sex, thank you very much.
I'm also a nut for Nicholas Sparks. I love him and hate him in equal measure as he seems to like to trample on my heartstrings everytime I pay 15 dollars for one of his books, the BASTARD!
I try, very hard, to mix a bit of smart with my fluff and so I turn to the classics. I'm currently working on "To Kill a Mockingbird" I'd like to meet Atticus Finch for coffee and shake his hand and say, "Good Job, you!" Then, I'd fuck him.:)
