Ingot's Scoop
About me:
Not much to tell, I'm just visiting right now. I want to see if my girlfriend and I might have fun here since we're on opposite ends of town.
I should emphasise, I'm hooked up with Proctogirl! We're exploring, having fun online with others, etc... Neither of us is bothered much by "online sex" on the other's part... But in Real Life, we're a pair.
I just want that stated where she and everyone else can see it! No ambiguity!
Who I'd like to meet:
Anyone!
I'll admit to having a soft spot for brainy women though, especially women that speak in completely sentences more often than not.

Interests:
Pretty much the standard geek lineup. I love science, even math, I've been involved in caving (in younger days), cooking, home brewing, geocaching...
My Favorite Websites:
http://slashdot.org
Music:
I've lost track since I started listening to NPR.
Still like classic 70's and 80's rock. For the 90's I love REM and a few others. This century I've really lost track of.
Movies:
Sci Fi and adventure if they're well done. Most of them are just visual candy anymore, impressive effects but shallow to no plot.
I loved the Matrix. I loved Iron Man. I really liked "No Country for Old Men".
Books:
Far too varied to list. I admit that Science Fiction was my first love, but I've read everything from Spiderman to Dante's Inferno. I still prefer science and science fiction a lot of the time, but I've read authors such as Alice Munro as well.
I DID learn to distinguish literary merit in college. Escapism is fun, but sometimes something a bit more substantial fits the mood.
