VetteLady's Scoop
About me:
I have dark brown almost shoulder length hair and hazel eyes, am 5'8" tall and weigh 133 lbs. That should take care of the physical description.
I love cerebral things, puzzles, and discussing great ideas. I abhor dance clubs and very loud music. I tend to get lost in my own thoughts easily enough so I don't need loud music to get me there. I prefer the quiet conversation to the party scene, but I still love lingerie and occasionally, if you're lucky, showing it off.
Who I'd like to meet:
I'd like to meet a man who is secure in himself without the trappings of modern society. I love someone who can carry his end of the conversation. Looking good is only a come-on, but it stands to reason that you have to take care of yourself and like yourself before you can really like me.

Interests:
I love great literature, art sailboats, great restaurants, good movies, really good wine, with a preference for French Burgundy, both white and red. I love to take walks and force myself to exercise. One of my great pleasures in life is being able to have a dinner party for my friends.

Music:
I am a classical girl. I love Beethoven and Berlioz and Bartok and Debussy. I don't think I have heard much modern music that I like for the last 15 years. I don't have an Ipod because I like playing the radio in the car. I also have a penchant for jazz, but not smooth jazz which isn't jazz at all. For example I love Ella Fitzgerald and Dinah Washington.
Movies:
I love the old ones like Casablanca, but funny or romantic movies are great. In fact, I love almost everything, as long as I am allowed to be critical afterwards. By the way, no talking during movies (unless you're a girl!)
Books:
As I am a scholar I don't get a chance at fiction very often, but james Patterson is a fine writer. On the other hand, John Grisham is not. I love Malachi Martin's books.
