(OK, so I have to update... just haven't figured out what to say. It's 2011 & so much has happened... you'll have to deal with this until I'm ready. At least I am back...) Updated TWENTY-TEN. I was this close to graduating when some unfortunate curves made me leave school. Going to return to finish up here in Ohio. I wasn't forced to move here... it was just the way it all worked out for me to go forward. Right now I am dealing with things in the real world. Not sure how freakin’ deep I even want to go about the last year of my life. I had to grow up pretty quick & really miss some of the good times I was having. I'm a towering 5', but don't feel "height-challenged." I jumped in RLC with a girlfriend. I was lucky to meet a very special person who helped make this an enjoyable experience & I am both happy, yet sad, that he is getting married & is no longer part of this community. My girlfriend was not as fortunate to meet someone like him and decided not to stay. She doesn't have a clue what she has missed or how much fun I really have had & having.
I want to pass along some words of advice that my good RLC friend Jesse gave to me minutes before I was about to quit & walk away... words of advice buried with in an hour chat in a cyber alley on a cyber bench that convinced me to give this horse a ride... "Remember that there is always a real person with real needs & real feelings behind every avatar you see in RLC. Treat the person on the other end as you want to be treated. Don't be judgmental, keep an open mind & dare to risk here in a place where you can & with minimal fear. You can be yourself or someone else, you'll be stunned how much you may learn about you if you dare be yourself" (He also taught me how to block, iggy, & summon support help if in trouble, hehe.) Jesse is that guy who introduced this world to me. He has moved on but would have ended up on anyone of my friend's FL. Jesse, I thank you for this opportunity and what your kindness has given me. There will always be a part of you with me in this world.
