The answer is NO! NO, I will not GIVE anyone my original clothing texture files to use in another game. NO, I will not sell you my original clothing files for use in another game. If I decide that I want my clothing lines in another game than I will download and install the game, and publish my clothing.

By purchasing virtual clothing from Xaoz/XtC Designs you agree to the following:
The clothing (including but not limited to skin, hair, wings, eyes, shoes, upper torso and lower torso items) is sold for personal use only. It may not be resold, copied or reverse engineered. It may not be included on bots in a virtual property being sold without express written permission by Xaoz. In the event that permission is granted a copy will be sent to the person permission is granted to and will list the items that may be displayed. It will also be posted to the XtC Designs profiles blog.
The user may place the clothing on bots for properties they own that are not being offered for sale, provided credit is given to XtC Designs or Xaoz as creator of the outfit or items near the entrance to the property.
The user may at their discretion mix and match items from XtC Designs outfits or items with any other clothing designers work, provided the result is not sold and for personal use only.
Xaoz/XtC Designs reserves the right to remove from sale, improve or delete any item or outfit without notice. In the event an item is upgraded and a previous version removed from sale or deleted Xaoz/XtC Designs may at their sole discretion offer the replacement at a lower price or free to the purchaser of the previous outfit. They are under no obligation however to do so. Xaoz/XtC Designs is under no obligation to replace any items that the user may have inadvertently deleted. Xaoz/XtC Designs reserve the right to change prices up or down on any item/outfit that they create, offer it for free or charge for a previously free outfit/item, without offering recompense to previous licensees.
By purchasing virtual clothing from Xaoz/XtC Designs the purchaser agrees to the terms of this limited license.
Utherverse closet: If you purchased an outfit by accident contact Utherverse costumer support for a refund.
If you like the outfit but have a problem with the way it lines up (as is the case on a few of my older outfits) send a screenshot of the problem and I will work to correct the issue. If I am unable to resolve the issue I will consider refunding the purchase price. If I am able to resolve the issue and you still are not happy with the results you may take up any refund request you have with Utherverse Customer Support.
I may at my discretion gift a customer or even a total stranger a free outfit, this is a gesture of appreciation and not a requirement. Should that customer accidentally delete the item I am under no obligation to gift it to them a second time.
I do two things when you purchase something from me, first I go and rate your profile (usually a 10), then I send you a friends request, feel free to accept it or not the choice after all is yours.
Legacy Outfits: (Outfits people had that I designed prior to Uthercloset and UVT/UVD's start up). Unless you paid me for these outfits and can provide proof of purchase I will not provide any support for those outfits obtained prior to March 1st 2009.
Who I'd like to meet:
If you won an outfit and then changed your name, I can't send you the outfit!
