About me:
At this point in my life, I couldn't feel more capable, more alive, or more independent. I'll spare you the details, but the last eight months (and counting) have been a sea of change. Some where along the way I heard the saying, "All things work together for good." Well, in my case, this certainly has come true. Life is better than it ever has been.
I'm definitely in good shape for being in my 40s. I eat right (tons of fruit, veggies, and milk!) and exercise almost everyday.
