Sheilagh's Scoop
About me:
I am back in RLC and looking forward to connecting with old friends and making new ones.
I try to be myself when I am in RLC. I realize that creating a pseudo personality is satisfying to some, I like revealing what I am like irl. Some of it may be boring and some may be kinky; but that is me.
My personality was formed like most of you by my childhood and university years. I grew up on a stud (horse) farm in central Ireland, was schooled in the local area until I was sent to Switzerland for my final 4 years and then to university in England and the United States. I ended up with an MBA and joined a merchant bank in London as my first professional job. Although my upper school and university years involved many interesting and personality forming experiences, working in the financial was truly life changing.
I started at the merchant bank as an account executive trainee which for the most part meant being a gofer for the other account executives. After about 2 months the team manger asked me if I wanted to attend a dinner event with the team and a client group. I was thrilled. The senior HR person called me in and she gave me th low down on how th dress and behave. I was to look attractive and compliment the clients. Another of the trainee girls told me we were known as *table candy*.
