• We believe that everyone should be shown respect. Some say respect is earned, and in some instances that is correct. However, it is also true that is you want to be respected, and then you need to give respect.
• We believe that drama has no place in the public view. If there are issues within DLT, then they should be dealt with inside DLT. Other peoples / families drama are not our business nor will be involved in it.
• We believe that the family organization should be run by a board, not an individual. The board will vote on all family decisions and the majority vote will stand as the family decision.
