About me:
One thing you must understand about me is that I take everything with a grain of salt. I have learned from life experience that life itself is far too serious to be taken too seriously. God definitely has a sense of humor, and I love to laugh. When I am talking to you, remember when I say something completely off the wall, that I most likely did so in hopes that you would ROFLAO or at least smile.
I have a lot of miles under my belt, and have traveled all over the world, so there is not too much that shocks or dismays me. I love beautiful women, and find them in some of the most unexpected places. When I say beautiful, one must remember that beauty truly is in the eyes of the beholder. Just because someone is beautiful on the outside that doesn't mean they are beautiful inside, but it definitely helps.

Interests:
I have many interests. I love reading, writing, poetry, umm arithmetic, *wink*, just wanted to see if you were paying attention. One of the great loves of my life are horses. I was a Thoroughbred racehorse trainer for many years. I started working professionally with race horses when I was 15 years old, and though I have pursued many other interests, I have always been drawn back to the horses. They are such noble, majestic and vain but uniquely individual creatures on the planet. With horses, you must have extreme patience. Much like with women, you must be firm, not too aggressive, let them know what is expected of them, and if you are patient and kind to them, they will eventually come around and do the right thing if you love them and let them know they can trust you implicitly.
I also love to travel, I have visited many countries and all the US states except Alaska (on my bucket list). I like golf, swimming, fishing, bowling, shooting sports (though I'm not a big hunter), love the beaches, Vegas about 3-4 times a year, snow skiing, of course horseback riding, and last but not least, I have grown to love the game of poker. I love it so much, that when I dissolved my racing stable in 2007, I became a semi-pro Holdem player. Now today, I consider myself to be one of the top minor league players in the game. I play both mid level stakes cash games, and tournaments. One must remember though, "there's a lot more to poker than life."

Music:
I love my music. Mostly 70's 80's rock, R&B, jazz, BLUES, classical is very nice, some hip hop (not much), country is good, but there again, a steady diet of it makes me constipated. Way too many great bands to list. Gawd, there's a million of them.
Movies:
Good Comedies, thrillers, suspense, intrigue, who dunnits, hate Horror, blood gory shit, what a waste of good tape. Some that I particularly love that come to mind were, Liar Liar with Jim Carey, One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, with Jack Nicholson, and Um.... can't think of any more at the moment, due to this condition I have known as CRS (Can't Remember Shit).
Books:
Again, there are a million of them. I love series. I mentioned earlier, The Clan of the Cave Bear, series by Jean Auel, also the series by James Redfield, The Celestine Prophecy. The classics are awesome. I've read Moby Dick, The Old Man in the Sea, actually my dad had a collection of the classics in leather bound editions, and I read many of them. Jungle Book, trying to remember..... Oh well, since the computer I don't read as much, but would like to get back in to it. I have also written but never published, a series called The Life and Times of Sam Bass Gossett. It is a light fantastic, easy read, with a lot of prognosticating characters, and a protagonist named Sam Bass, who's life the series follows. If I ever publish it, read it, you'll love it. Everyone that has read it tells me they love it.
